Standard decor items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for specialized freight delivery and white-glove assembly services.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, TOIRO ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
